Umstead State Park Engagement Session: Emily & Johnathan
Emily and Johnathan engagement shoot was way too much fun! They are avid outdoorsmen, outdoorsman and outdoorswomen?, outdoors-people?.. you know what I mean! They love getting out in nature so when Emily suggested Umstead State Park for our location, I was all about it! I’ve shot there a bunch of times and always love the results.
Emily also asked me if it was ok if they bring their bikes, they are huge mountain bike riders and of course I was like, YES!!! They turned out to be some of my favorite shots from out session. I always want my couples to make shoots there own and to incorporate things they like to do together in real life. Having a location and props that are meaningful to you will always make for WAY better photos!
Emily and Johnathan are tying the knot this October at the Chapel Hill Carriage House and I can’t FREAKIN wait!
